• Proof of purchase required
• Solar panels, power banks, and electronic accessories must show no signs of physical damage

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at support@winningfindz.store with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different model or variant. Contact us and we'll make it right.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
